Lord Sylus Eastputain is an evil warlock wears a phantom-like sorcerer clothes appears in the crossover film Rocky and Bullwinkle meet Casper 2. He and his goons kidnaps Mr. Peabody, Sherman and Dudley Do-Right while Rocky, Bullwinkle, Karen and the others must save them from him and his henchmen. He is voiced by Christopher Plummer.
